Gaursons 6th Ave vs Subh Laxmi: Which is a better investment?

I'm confused between Gaursons 6th Avenue and Subh Laxmi Apartments in Noida. Gaursons is pretty expensive, but Subh Laxmi is cheaper. Kya Gaursons mein better ROI milega? What do you think about the construction quality of both? Has anyone experienced issues with either builder? Subh Laxmi is ready-to-move; is it worth the extra cost of Gaursons? Which one would you recommend for long-term investment? Mujhe advice chahiye! Location wise, which is better connected? Any suggestions?
