Gaursons Grandeur amenities are mostly for show

My lease ends in 4 months and I'm seriously considering Gaursons Grandeur for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 137, already have a home loan, so this move has to be worth the premium. The listed price, around ₹1.5 Cr for a decent unit, seems high. Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya fir sirf glossy brochures mein achha lagta hai? Amenities like the clubhouse and gym, are they actually maintained and used? Or just show-off? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly community hai ya sab isolated rehte hain? Not sure if the price jump justifies the actual experience.
