Gaursons Grandeur's design sacrifices space for show.

Just moved into Gaursons Grandeur last month, and one thing I realised about the apartment layout is how tricky carpet area numbers can be. My 3BHK ka living room feels smaller than expected, even with good carpet area. Builder often counts weird corners. Always check actual usable space for furniture, not just the number. Kisi aur ne bhi yeh notice kiya?
