Ek video dekha about real estate earnings in Noida, usmein Gaursons ka mention tha. Video mein kafi success stories dikhai, Lamborghinis bhi thi. Sarthak Gaur ne organize kiya tha I guess. Par main Gaursons ke projects ko lekar thoda unsure hoon. Noida mein unke past deliveries, construction quality kaisi hai? Possession delays ka issue rehta hai kya? Anyone here has actual experience with them? Would love to hear your honest feedback.

Yaar, maine bhi woh video dekha tha. Lamborghinis dekh ke toh lagta hai sab set hai, par Gaursons ka naam sunte hi thoda darr lagta hai. Noida mein inka track record mixed reviews wala hai. Especially after hearing about delays from friends who booked in Ghaziabad projects. Quality pe compromise na ho, that's my main concern.
Totally agree! My cousin booked in Ajayabpur, a Gaursons project, had a nightmare with possession. Almost 2 years late.
