Gaursons: RERA dates are just suggestions

What's the real story with possession delays from Gaursons in Noida Extension? We booked a 2BHK in Gaur City 2, around ₹85L, thinking it'd be perfect after the kids moved out. It's been almost 1.5 years past the RERA date for our flat, and still no OC. My current house sale is stuck because of this uncertainty. Every time we call their customer support, they just give vague answers, if they even pick up. Honestly, I'm worried about construction quality too, seeing plaster cracks in other projects post-possession. And will there be huge hidden charges at handover like PLC or maintenance deposits? Is anyone else facing this with Gaursons? What did you do to get communication or push for delivery? We just want something manageable, near a good hospital, not this constant headache.
