Gayatri Vatika vs SS Sainik Farms: Confused first-time buyer!
Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent AGAIN! Finally taking the plunge in Noida. I'm looking at Gayatri Vatika and SS Sainik Farms. Gayatri Vatika is cheaper, around 25L, but it's already completed. SS Sainik Farms is like 75L! Big difference, right? Is it worth paying that much more just for ready-to-move? I'm thinking about resale value bhi. Which one will actually give better ROI in 5 years? Honestly not sure if location matters that much between the two for rental potential. Also, anyone living in either? What are the real maintenance charges? Brochure mein toh kuch aur hi dikhate hain! Any advice?

Uff, 75L for SS Sainik Farms is a big jump, especially for a first-time buyer! But ready-to-move ka comfort factor bhi toh hai. No RERA delays, no construction stress. Gayatri Vatika ka possession toh 2018 ka hai, right? Usmein kya issues ho sakte hain ab after so many years?
Sahi kaha, ready-to-move ka peace of mind alag hai. Gayatri Vatika mein ab issues mostly maintenance, society management, ya older
