Dekho, 15-25L range mein Noida/Greater Noida mein ab acchi properties milna mushkil hai, especially after COVID. Jo bhi mil rahi hain, unmein quality compromise hota hi hai. This project completed in 2017, market conditions have changed drastically since then. Ab resale value aur rental yield dono pe impact aayega.
