GBG Residency or Jaypee Knights Court for family?
Confused between GBG Infratech GBG Residency and Jaypee Knights Court. Both ready to move flats in Noida. GBG seems more affordable, which is a plus, but my wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids. Knights Court obviously has a premium price tag. I'm looking at 3BHK options in both. Carpet area efficiency matters a lot – don't want wasted space. Also, school proximity is important for kids' school admission. Anyone has experience with these projects? Which one would you recommend for a family and why? What does the community think? Vote your opinion!

Yaar, exactly my dilemma! GBG looks good on paper for the price, but Jaypee ka naam hi kaafi hai for safety and amenities. Noida mein family ke liye safety important hai. Meri wife bhi bolti hai ki kids ke liye neighborhood accha hona chahiye. Carpet area ka point bhi sahi bola, bahut builders space waste karte hain. Which one feels more 'home' to people who've visited?
