GBG Residency vs UCHDL WMCC 2B: Which is better?
My wife's priority is a safe area for the children, so I'm looking at ready-to-move options only. I'm confused between GBG Infratech GBG Residency and UCHDL WMCC 2B. WMCC 2B mein price is quite high, almost 1.5-3 Cr. But GBG Residency seems slightly more affordable. Is it worth the extra money for WMCC 2B? Carpet area is a big concern for me, need at least a 3BHK that actually feels like a 3BHK, not cramped. Also, school and hospital proximity is important. Anyone living in either of these projects? What's your experience with the builder trust factor? I've heard mixed reviews about GBG. Which would you recommend for a family?

U1, WMCC 2B is definitely expensive, but ready-to-move projects are always at a premium in Noida. GBG ka track record mixed hai, I agree. But for a family
