Six months of scouting Mohali and it's clear: brochures lie. I work in this business, so I know the super area vs carpet area games. Now I'm looking at GC Nirvana County Luxury Floors for myself, and honestly, the ₹3.50 Cr–₹7.00 Cr price tag sets high expectations.
