GC Nirvana County's high price point needs serious justification for investors
I'm finally fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, toh socha equity banate hain. Looking at GC Nirvana County Luxury Floors. It's a completed project, so no construction headache. But I'm really trying to understand the ROI here. What's the actual rental yield people are getting? And long-term capital appreciation kaisa raha hai? Resale market kitna liquid hai, matlab exit strategy kya hai 5-7 saal mein? Any experiences with this project for investment?
