Dekho, sabse pehle toh ye 'Rera Not Applicable' wala point red flag hai. Agar builder RERA ke under nahi hai, toh buyer protection bahut kam ho jaati hai

Mera ek friend Airport Road (Gurgaon side) mein ek similar 'luxury' project mein phansa hua hai. 2 saal ho gaye, buyer nahi mil raha, aur rent bhi itna nahi aa raha ki EMI cover ho jaaye. Mohali might be different, but high-end properties take time to sell, especially if you're not physically present. Property manager toh mil jayega, but unki fees aur reliability check karna padega.
