Possession was in March for my GC Ultra Premium Independent Floor unit, and honestly, things are not what I expected. Builder ne initially bola tha ki maintenance charges max ₹5000-6000 honge, but ab it's nearly double. Society ka RWA bol raha hai ki yeh toh standard hai, but brochure mein toh kuch aur hi likha tha. Itna unexpected extra cost... not sure if others also faced this. What did you guys do?

Been looking for a 4BHK for my kids. GC Ultra Premium Independent Floors looks good. My hack for families: ask guards about *actual* school bus routes. How's the daily livability and community vibe for kids there?
