Did a site visit to GCM Anubhav Appartments last week. Brochure mein toh bohot achha dikh raha hai, but I'm wondering if it's genuinely good to live in daily? My first property hai, toh thoda nervous hoon. Society ka vibe kaisa hai wahan? Aur neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals kitne paas hain, ya phir commute ka kya scene hai? Honestly, amenities bhi sirf paper pe achhi hain ya actual use mein bhi theek hain? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Koi experience share kar sakta hai?

Bhai, brochure pe toh sab Taj Mahal dikhta hai. GCM ka track record utna achha nahi suna hai maine, especially after their last project near Alaknanda. Builder ne possession dates bohot delay ki thi wahan. Anubhav toh completed hai, but maintenance aur quality issues suni hain. Careful rehna.
Sahi keh rahe ho, GCM ka naam sunte hi thoda doubt aata hai. Completed project hai toh delivery ka tension nahi, but post-possession services aur structural quality check karna bo
