What's the real ground reality for investors in GCM Gomati Apartment, Noida Extension? I'm looking at a completed unit there, which is a big relief compared to U/C projects. But I'm keen to know about actual rental yields. Brochure mein toh sab high dikhate hain, but market mein truly kitna mil raha hai? Koi first-hand experience share kar sakta hai? Also, capital appreciation ka track record kaisa raha hai since launch? Since it's ready-to-move, future appreciation potential kya lagta hai? Resale market kitni liquid hai? Investors ke liye exit strategy easy hai kya? Not sure if the ₹26-38L pricing still leaves good room for ROI. Any insights on this project would be super helpful, thanks!
