GD Homes: Affordability hides a bland community vibe?

Visited GD Homes last week, and honestly, everyone hypes its affordability but nobody talks about the actual society feel. My wife wants a safe environment for the kids, aur mujhe woh vibe nahin mil rahi wahan. Schools aur markets bhi thoda far hain. Is it just me ya community bilkul isolated hai? Change my mind.

Yaar, bilkul sahi kaha. Main bhi gaya tha wahan, GD Homes ki affordability ki wajah se, but community feel toh zero hai. RERA Not Applicable dikha raha hai, sketchy lag raha hai. Is it just because of the low unit count?

RERA Not Applicable is usually for projects with less than 8 units or plot size under 500 sq m. Since GD Homes has only 5 units, it falls under that exemption. But haan, small societies mein builder ki accountability sometimes kam ho ja
