GDA Gets Power to Change Land Use for Townships

Heard about the Harnandipuram township in Noida? Wondering why it's been slow to take off? Well, *seedhi baat*, the GDA now has the power to change land use for township projects like that one, from agricultural to residential. This used to be only possible via the state government. What does that mean for us? Basically, it could speed up approvals and resolve issues holding up projects under the CM Urban Expansion New City Promotion Scheme.
