Did a site visit to GDA Super MIG Flats on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector Alpha, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. The premium seems high, but I'm worried about basic utility reliability. They talked about continuous water supply and full-flat power backup. What's the actual reality? Do residents face tanker dependency often, or is the water supply reliable? And for power backup, is it truly full flat, or just common areas? Is the price jump worth it?
