₹32.34 lakh for a GDA Super MIG flat. I'm looking at it for investment. How liquid is the resale market in Greater Noida for these? What's the capital appreciation? Concerned about exit.

I agree with the points above. My personal experience with GDA projects has been terrible. I booked an EWS flat near Ajayabpur years ago, thinking it was a safe bet for a first home. Possession was promised in 2017, still waiting for finishing work. ₹32.34L for a Super MIG is okay on paper price-wise, but if you can't get possession, it's just blocked
Bhai, GDA Super MIG for investment? With 'ONGOING' status and possession date 2018? Yeh toh red flag hai. Liquidity toh tab hogi jab possession milega. Capital appreciation ka kya socha hai, jab project hi complete nahi ho raha time pe?
Mere ek relative ne Alpha II mein GDA flat liya tha, 3 saal delay hua. Ab resale mein koi buyer nahi mil raha. Bahut mushkil hai exit, especially for first-time buyers like us.
Exactly! GDA ka track record toh sabko pata hai. Phir bhi log kaise bharosa kar lete hain.
