I agree with the points above. My personal experience with GDA projects has been terrible. I booked an EWS flat near Ajayabpur years ago, thinking it was a safe bet for a first home. Possession was promised in 2017, still waiting for finishing work. ₹32.34L for a Super MIG is okay on paper price-wise, but if you can't get possession, it's just blocked

Mere ek relative ne Alpha II mein GDA flat liya tha, 3 saal delay hua. Ab resale mein koi buyer nahi mil raha. Bahut mushkil hai exit, especially for first-time buyers like us.
