posted on 5 MayGDA Super MIG Flats security and parking are major letdowns
Honestly, I'm finding buying a flat for myself way harder than selling one. Looking at GDA Super MIG Flats, they seem decent on paper, but I know what builders don't tell you. What's the real deal with security systems? Are the CCTVs actually monitored, or is it just for show? And parking... is it a daily battle for a spot, or do you get dedicated space? Heard some horror stories about visitor management too. Just trying to get an off-the-record take on how usable these facilities are, day-to-day. Is it genuinely safe and convenient?

Is sab ke baad bhi, 32 lakh mein worth it hai kya? Noida mein toh ab bohot options aa gaye hain. Aajkal market mein thode aur paise daal ke ya thoda adjust karke better managed societies mil jaati hain. Especially agar 2018 se delay ho raha hai, toh I'd be very skeptical about the quality and maintenance.
Parking ka toh real horror story hai. Meri cousin ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein ek flat liya tha, aur wahan parking ke liye roz jhagde hote hain. Builder ne bola tha dedicated parking, but ab bolte hain first-come, first-serve ya fir guest parking ke liye jagah hi nahi hai. GDA projects mein yeh common issue hai. Super MIG Flats mein 432 units hain, so imagine the chaos if there aren't enough dedicated spots for everyone PLUS visitors. It's a daily mental battle.
Haan, aur dedicated spots bhi kabhi-kabhi encroached ho jaate hain. Headache!
U8, usually it's a mess. Most projects don't plan properly for visitor parking. Either they squeeze them into resident parking, leading to double parking, or visitors just park outside on the road, creating traffic jams. Ajayabpur aur Alistonia Estate ke paas bhi yahi problem hai.
Oh god, that sounds terrible! Visitor parking ka kya scene hai phir? Is it just a free-for-all on the road outside or do they have some designated area?
Security ka toh yahi haal hai ki CCTVs lagate hain, but monitoring kaun karta hai, pata hi nahi chalta. Aksar bas showpiece hote hain. Jab tak koi major incident na ho, tab tak koi check nahi karta footage. Mere friend ke society mein toh guards bhi bas naam ke hain, visitor entry ka register bhi bas formality hai.
Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Security aur parking toh har project ka headache hai, especially with these GDA ones. Super MIG Flats ka toh sabse bada issue hai ki, on paper, possession date 2018-12-01 thi, but abhi bhi 'ONGOING' dikha raha hai. Builder ne kya bahane banaye hain iske liye? Agar itna delay ho raha hai, toh facilities ka kya bharosa? Mujhe toh lagta hai bas paper pe sab accha dikhate hain.
Uff, builders aur unke delays! Frustrating AF.
Nahi yaar, U3. Mere ek relative ne booking karayi thi, abhi tak possession nahi mila hai. Builder ne pehle Covid ka bahana diya, phir material cost ka. RERA mein complaint bhi ki thi, but kuch khaas action nahi hua. Bas dates pe dates mil rahi hain. Soch lo, 2018 se 2024 ho gaya, 6 saal ka delay! So security aur parking toh door ki baat hai, pehle flat mile toh sahi.
Exactly! Jab possession hi itna late hai, toh baaki promises pe kaise trust karein? Maine bhi suna hai ki yahan pe bohot log wait kar rahe hain. Kya kisi ko actual mein possession mila hai ya sab bas paperwork mein hi phase hain?
