posted on 13 MayGee Aar Sohna: Capital appreciation is fake?
Since last year, I've been tracking Luxury Floors Gee Aar in Sohna closely. ₹6.5 Cr for those luxury floors... not sure if the price jump since launch is justified by actual market demand, ya it's just general Sohna boom. I'm seeing this pattern before, where completed projects get a speculative bump. Builder, Gee Aar, ka track record for project delivery was decent. But for an investor, what about the real capital appreciation potential now? And secondary market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Kya exit strategy easy hogi 5-7 saal mein?

Bhai, ₹6.5 Cr for Sohna? Luxury floors toh theek hai but Sohna mein itna price point for just 4 units seems like a massive gamble. The original post is spot on, is this real demand or just speculative hype because it's completed? I've seen builders inflate prices post-completion, especially for niche projects like these. Secondary market mein liquidity kaise hogi for such a high-value, low-unit property? This is my biggest worry as a first-time buyer. Kya exit strategy easy hogi 5-7 saal mein? Doubtful.
