Geeta Colony — just moved into my 2BHK here, possession Feb end mein mila tha. Jab property search kar raha tha, ₹1.8 Cr for a 2BHK felt a lot. Sab bolte the negotiation ka scope hai but itna hua nahi. Ab lag raha hai kya sahi deal mili ya overpaid? Connectivity to Metro achhi hai, but still, price seems high. Long term mein resale value ka kya scene hai yahan? Agar 3-5 saal mein shift karna pada, easily sell kar paunga kya? Aur monsoon is coming, waterlogging ka issue kitna serious hai? Neighbors se mixed reviews mil rahe hain. Anyone with first-hand experience, especially recent buyers? Is Geeta Colony property really worth this premium?

Bhai, 1.8 Cr for a 2BHK in Geeta Colony? That sounds really steep, even with metro connectivity. Mera friend ne toh Anand Vihar mein 1.6 Cr mein 3BHK liya tha last year. Geeta Colony ki location theek hai but itna premium? Mujhe toh lagta hai thoda overpaid ho gaya.
