Bhai, Gera's Avive toh theek hai but 2030 ka possession date? Itna wait karna padega kya? Main first time buyer hoon, thoda nervous hoon ki itna late possession milega toh kya hoga. Aur price range bhi 1.3 Cr se shuru ho raha hai, mere budget se thoda upar ja raha hai for a first home.
