Should I trust brokers for a better deal on a 3BHK in Jayanagar, ya direct builder se contact karna chahiye? We're seriously looking to upgrade, need a bigger place for the kids and their school admissions are a priority. My budget is around 1.8 Cr for a 3BHK, maybe something from SDMV Infra, if possible. Not sure if brokers really get those 'spot discounts' they promise, or if builders keep the best offers for direct buyers. Matlab, unka commission bhi toh hota hai na. Is it possible to negotiate more effectively without a broker? Ya they have some inside info on the real market price, considering all the traffic and water issues in Bangalore? Want to make sure the area is safe for the children.

Totally understand your dilemma! Main bhi same situation mein tha last year. Brokers claim to have exclusive deals, but sometimes they just inflate the price to show a discount later. For Jayanagar, direct builder contact might be better, especially with current market conditions where builders are
Yaar, Jayanagar mein 1.8 Cr mein 3BHK? Woh bhi SDMV Infra se? Bahut mushkil lag raha hai bhai. Brokers toh bas commission pe focus karte hain, discount kya denge.
