I had a similar experience with a project near Baharampur Naya. Builder promised completion but then RERA came in and everything changed. GGR Floor 26 being 'Completed' but with a Nov 2024 possession date and no RERA... it sounds fishy. Get an expert to verify all documents, especially the Occupancy Certificate (OC). Capital

U3, actually, some older projects or those that received their Occupancy Certificate (OC) before RERA was fully implemented might genuinely be RERA-exempt. But you need proof of that OC. Don't just take their word for it.
