Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on GGR Floor 26. I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different, you know? I'm trying to cut through the marketing spin here. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just looks good on paper? Owners, are the amenities like the gym or clubhouse actually useful, or are they just for show? What's the real community vibe like there? Not sure if it's worth the price if the daily experience isn't great. Any honest opinions would help a lot.

Mujhe bhi GGR Floor 26 mein interest tha, especially because of its proximity to Airport Road (Gurgaon side). But amenities ke maintenance charges aur hidden costs ka kya scene hai? Gym, clubhouse, swimming pool – yeh sab dikhane ke liye hote hain ya genuinely usable hain? Aur community vibe kaisi hai? Mere friends ne ek project mein book kiya tha, wahan gym saalon se band pada hai.
Badshahpur side mein bhi similar projects hain jo thode saste mil rahe hain aur amenities kaafi better hain. GGR Floor 26 ka location toh accha hai, no doubt, but uske liye itna premium dena, I'm not sure. Have you checked others in that belt?
Community vibe toh mixed hai. Kuch families active hain, kuch apne mein rehti hain. Expect mat karo ki har weekend party ho rahi hogi.
Same question! Ek dost rehta hai wahan, usne bataya ki gym theek hai but pool kaafi time dirty rehta hai. Aur clubhouse mein events bhi kam hote hain, mostly empty hi pada rehta hai. Maintenance toh poora lete hain, but services adhoori hain.

Bhai, GGR Floor 26 ka price range ₹2.3 Cr se ₹5.5 Cr sunke toh dimaag ghoom gaya. First-time buyer ke liye itna investment! Jo aap bol rahe ho marketing spin, wahi toh lag raha hai. Kya sach mein utna value for money hai ya sirf location ka hype hai? Bahut nervous hoon.
