3 months back, I finalized my first flat in Gurgaon, so I'm a bit new to the investment game. Now looking at GGR Floor 26 for a potential second property. It's completed, but I'm wondering about the actual rental yield. Kya yahan ₹50k-₹70k easily mil jayega? Also, long-term capital appreciation ka kya scene hai? Prices launch se kitna move huye hain? Resale market kitna liquid hai, in case I need to exit in 5-7 years? Any first-hand experiences, please share.
