Exactly! Brochures toh sab achhe dikhte hain. Main bhi Ghata mein dekh raha hoon, but 80L-1.5Cr for 2BHK feels like a stretch for a good quality project. Especially after hearing stories about builders. Koi genuine advice dega ki is budget mein Ghata ya even Badshahpur mein kya options hain?
