Honestly not sure if my Ghata investment thesis still holds. ROI numbers seem stretched. Has Ghata peaked, ya undervaluation baki hai? Which sectors offer best value for future CAGR?

Yaar, I totally agree. Ghata corridor mein prices itne badh gaye hain ki ab entry point samajh nahi aa raha. My agent keeps saying potential hai, but ROI numbers dekh ke darr lagta hai. Lagta hai hum late ho gaye.
