Ghata's hype is totally fake, change my mind.

Possession was in March, and living near Ghata, I'm genuinely confused by the hype. Daily traffic aur dust toh insane hai. Commute ek nightmare bana hua hai. Infrastructure abhi bhi under-construction lagta hai. Sirf location bolke prices badha rahe hain. Am I wrong? Change my mind.
