Ghata's infra changes: Where are the real price jumps?

Ghata corridor – I just moved into Sector 115 a few months back, and honestly, the infrastructure changes are huge. I'm seeing prices jump pretty fast. The new airport road extension and upcoming metro plans near Ghata seem to be driving things. Which specific pockets, like maybe around Sector 112 or 113, do you guys think have seen the biggest price appreciation because of this? Wondering if I should have looked a bit further in for better ROI down the line. Anyone else notice this trend? Any specific projects that really benefited?
