Everyone glorifies Ghata as the next big thing, but nobody talks about the actual daily struggle of living there. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, finally taking the plunge to buy. My EMI vs rent math is pushing me towards Ghata, but yaar, the commute is a nightmare, right? Aur monsoon mein water logging ka kya scene hai? Brochure photos only show green spaces, not the traffic jams ya the dust. Is the connectivity really that great ya it's just hype? I'm looking at a 2BHK there, around ₹78L. Is it worth buying into the future potential when the present reality is so tough? What are the honest pros and cons from people actually living there?
