Been following Gurgaon market for almost a year now. I'm based in Dubai, so can't visit much, relying on community insights. Ghata prices have really shot up in the last 1-2 years, especially around sectors near Golf Course Extension. Earlier, 2BHKs were around ₹70-80L, now they're crossing a crore easily. Investors are saying it's still hot, but for end-use, I'm wondering if this peak is sustainable. Should I buy now, hoping for continued appreciation, or wait for a potential correction? My budget is around ₹1.5-2 Cr for a 3BHK. Property management and legal clarity for NRI buyers are big concerns for me. What's your experience with Ghata's current pricing? Is it a good entry point now?

Totally feel you, bhai! I'm also a first-time buyer and Gurgaon prices have me stressed. Ghata was on my radar too, but ab toh lagta hai out of budget ho gaya.
Exactly! Pehle 70-80L mein achhe options mil jaate the. Now builders are quoting insane numbers for basic flats. I heard Nanu Ram Goyal And Co is also pushing prices, but they have zero projects delivered. So risky!
