Are Ghaziabad property prices really sustainable into 2026, or are we heading for a correction? I'm seeing 3BHKs advertised at ₹70L in Raj Nagar Extension, but after all the PLC, parking, and 'club' charges, it's easily ₹90L. That's a huge jump. From my experience, these inflated 'all-in' prices can't keep rising like this. Connectivity via Delhi-Meerut Expressway is good, sure, but what about actual demand at these levels? I'm worried many projects in areas like Crossings Republik are already overvalued. Thoughts on where prices might actually correct?
