Okay I'll be honest — I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Ghaziabad mein 2BHK ya 3BHK, kisme better rental yield milega? Raj Nagar Extension ke ATS/Mahagun projects mein appreciation ka kya scene hai? Real opinions please.
