Ghaziabad 3BHK owners: Are maintenance charges justified?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Ghaziabad, looking to upgrade from my 2BHK. Already have a home loan, so this premium needs to feel justified. I'm seeing brochures for places like Aradhaya Dwarka City, and the amenities list is huge. But I'm honestly not sure if those fancy clubhouses or green areas are actually maintained well after a year or two. My current RWA charges ₹3/sqft, but the service is top-notch. I hear horror stories about builders charging ₹5-6/sqft, then the clubhouse is a ghost town or the security is useless. It's like they promise the world, but delivery is always iffy. Is it just me, or does it feel like maintenance charges are becoming a massive hidden cost with little actual value? What's your experience with the actual service quality vs. what's promised in Ghaziabad projects?
