Ghaziabad 3BHK price jump seems way too high for the extra space.

Visited a few 3BHK projects in Raj Nagar Extension and Siddhartha Vihar last weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Vasundhara, thinking of upgrading. Dekha ki prices for a decent 3BHK from Gaurs ya ATS are touching ₹90L-₹1Cr. Is this price jump worth it for the extra space? Already have an EMI, so not sure if the premium makes sense for family needs. What's the community's take on this?
