Ghaziabad 3BHK prices are just hype, not real value.
₹1.1 Cr for a 3BHK in Siddhartha Vihar from Gaurs or ABA Corp feels like a massive jump from my current 2BHK in Vasundhara. I've been paying EMI for 2.5 years already, and now thinking of upgrading. Dekho, Delhi-Meerut Expressway aur Metro extension ka impact toh hai, agreed. Lekin, under-construction projects mein abhi bhi bohot risk lagta hai, RERA ke baad bhi. Builders like Gulshan Homz aur ATS ke projects mein bhi delays sunne mein aate hain. Should I really pay ₹90L-₹1.2Cr for a 3BHK in Crossings Republik or Indirapuram, ya phir ready-to-move hi dekhun? Is the appreciation potential for these new projects actually worth the premium, ya phir bas hype hai? Kya Ghaziabad mein 3BHK ka rental yield bhi worth it hai, ya sirf end-use ke liye sahi hai?
