₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Crossings Republik feels high, especially since I'm already in a 2BHK near Vaishali. Planning to upgrade, but builders like Parakh Infrastructure in Sain Vihar insist on fixed prices. Is negotiation even possible in Ghaziabad, ya phir they just say no? Kitna discount expect kar sakte hain realistically? I'm looking at total cost, not just base price. Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking - yeh sab mila ke kitna upar jaata hai? Already have a home loan, so every lakh counts. Any hidden charges jo possession ke time pata chalte hain?
