Ghaziabad 3BHK upgrade: Negotiation aur hidden costs ka kya scene hai?
My 2BHK in Indirapuram is feeling a bit cramped now; thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a small villa. Budget is around ₹1.1 Cr for a good spot in Raj Nagar Extension or Vasundhara. I'm checking projects by KLF India, but also resale flats near Shivpuri. My main question is about negotiation. Ghaziabad mein builder price par kitna discount realistically mil sakta hai? Builders like KLF India, do they offer spot discounts or is it just about payment plan flexibility? I'm not sure if new projects have more negotiation room than secondary market deals. Also, hidden charges like PLC, OC, maintenance advance – yeh sab possession ke time kitna add ho jaata hai? Is a resale deal generally better for total acquisition cost? Want to maximise investment value. What's your experience with negotiation here?
