Agarwal Associates The Resort mein kitna real appreciation expect kar sakte hain? I'm looking at this project for investment, current price range ₹2.40 Cr–₹3.40 Cr dikh raha hai. Not sure if it's already too late for good capital appreciation, ya abhi bhi upside hai. Pre-launch se kitna badha hai price? Kya builder ka track record time pe delivery ka hai? Thoda nervous hu under-construction project mein paisa daalne se, possession delays ka darr hai. Also, what's the actual rental yield potential for a 3BHK here? Jo brochures mein dikhate hain, woh real hota hai kya? My main goal is long-term ROI. Any actual experiences or insights would be super helpful.

Bhai, main bhi is project ko dekh raha hoon. Location wise toh kaafi promising lag raha hai, especially connectivity to Delhi. Lekin, 2.40 Cr se shuruat, Ghaziabad ke liye thoda high side nahi lag raha? Aur jo builder ka track record hai, usko lekar thoda nervous hoon. Kya builder ka track record sach mein itna mixed hai jaisa log kehte hain?
