Aradhaya Dwarka City mein amenities ka kya real scene hai? Brochure mein toh sab kuch dikhate hain, like big clubhouse and sports facilities. Investor perspective se, kya ye amenities actually tenant attract karti hain ya bas maintenance charges badha deti hain? Currently, 2BHK mein hoon, soch raha hoon 3BHK ya villa mein upgrade karoon. Is premium price for these extra amenities justified for resale? Yaar, after a few years, clubs ghost facilities ban jaate hain. Maintenance charges bhi value for money hote hain kya?

Aradhaya Dwarka City mein amenities ka premium justified lagta nahi hai, especially for a 3BHK at ₹81L. Brochure mein toh sab dikha dete hain, but after a few years, these clubs become ghost facilities. Budget pe bahut pressure aayega, aur upar se maintenance charges ka kya? Kya yeh value for money hai for first-time buyers like us?
Totally agree. Maintenance charges ghost facilities ke liye dene padte hain. My budget is also very tight, and every penny counts.
