Ghaziabad: AU Arihant Enclave — actual living experience?

Project delivery timelines are rarely met nowadays, it's a constant worry for me. My kids are grown, so I'm looking to sell our big house and move to a smaller, manageable 2/3 BHK in Ghaziabad. AU Arihant Enclave caught my eye, price range ₹1.08-2.69 Cr seems fitting for us. But I'm really keen to know about the actual project delivery. Jin logon ne yahan possession le liya hai, unka experience kaisa raha? Are amenities fully functional? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly ya isolated? Hospitals aur daily needs ke shops kitne paas hain? Don't want to regret after moving. Any residents here who can share actual insights?
