Ghaziabad: Broker's game for real discounts

Fed up of renting in Ghaziabad, finally decided to buy. Looking at a 2BHK in Sector 6, maybe Ankur Real Estate Developers. But yaar, should I go direct builder or through a broker? Kya lagta hai, where do I get better spot discounts? Builders bolte hain no price drop, but is that true?
