Ghaziabad builder amenities are just sales tricks.
Investors House — I'm seriously questioning their marketing brochures versus reality. Booked a flat there 2 years back, expecting certain amenities like a proper sports complex and a functional clubhouse. Now, possession is nearing, and the "sports complex" is basically a muddy patch, and the clubhouse is just a shell. It's so frustrating. How am I supposed to attract decent tenants or even think about resale value with this? And don't even get me started on the maintenance charges. They're quoting a high amount, but the facilities aren't even there yet. Are these high charges even worth it for what they *might* deliver, or am I just signing up for a headache? My parents keep saying builders always overpromise, but ab samajh nahi aa raha. Anyone else faced this bait-and-switch with amenities in Ghaziabad projects? What did you do?
