Investor perspective se soch raha hoon ki jo visible issues hain, like uneven plaster ya wiring ka rough finish, kya yeh baad mein badhega? Long-term maintenance cost pe kitna impact aata hai? Aur green areas, jo plans mein bade dikhte hain, kya woh actually usable hote hain ya bas showpiece? Security systems mein bhi doubt hai, CCTV aur guards ki quality kaisi rehti hai after possession? Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Jain Homes 1 ka toh pura market mein yahi haal hai. Mere ek friend ne bhi booking karayi thi Achchheja mein, similar issues face kiye. Uneven plaster, rough wiring, yeh sab common hai. Aur is project ka to RERA bhi nahi hai, jo aur tension deta hai. Builder ko koi accountability nahi hoti aise mein. Long term maintenance is definitely a headache, will cost you a bomb later.
