Tronica City mein Ajnara India projects par negotiation ka scope kitna hai? Current 2BHK se 3BHK upgrade kar raha hu. Builder se deal karte time kitna price drop expect kar sakte hain? Secondary market mein zyada bargaining hoti hai kya? All-in cost mein kitne hidden charges aate hain?

Secondary market mein bargaining ka scope definitely zyada hai. Owners ko sometimes urgent hota hai bechna, ya phir unhone pehle kam rate pe liya hota hai, toh they can afford to drop. But paper work carefully check karna, specially RERA compliance.
Hidden charges pe dhyaan dena bhai. Super built-up area, PLC, parking, club membership – yeh sab milake 10-15% extra ho jaata hai. Builder initial quote mein nahi batate, later surprise dete hain. Ahinsa Khand 1 mein mere friend ke saath yahi hua tha. Beware!
Toh approx kitna extra expect karein for a 50 lakh flat?
Sahi kaha. Electricity meter, maintenance advance, registration, stamp duty... ekdum budget bigad jaata hai.
Bhai, Ghaziabad mein negotiation mushkil hai, especially Ajnara jaise bade builders ke saath. Tronica City mein bhi zyada hope mat rakhna.
Secondary market mein toh ho jaati hai na? Ready-to-move mein owner flexible hote hain.
Haan, Ajnara ka toh fixed price hota hai mostly. Maine bhi pichle saal Afzalpur mein dekha tha, barely 1-2% discount diya tha.
