Bhopura keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK near Crossings Republik, budget around ₹90L. Builders like Ishaan Group seem good, but I'm worried about hidden charges at possession. Should I push for a bigger down payment discount ya construction-linked plan se better deal mil jaati hai after accounting for these extra costs? Kya experience hai aapka?
