Ghaziabad builders' post-possession shockers

Hidden charges at possession for ATS projects in Indirapuram, is this normal? I work in real estate, but for my own 2BHK, they're suddenly adding ₹3L+ for PLC and OC, jo pehle mention nahi kiya tha. Matlab, yeh toh bilkul dhoka hai. Is anyone else facing this with Gaurs or Mahagun in Raj Nagar Extension too? What's the scene?
