3 site visits to Budh Vihar projects, aur abhi bhi pricing clear nahi ho rahi. Honestly, I work in real estate, but when it's for my own 2BHK, cheezein alag lagti hain. Builders jaise Pragati Group, they often say 'fixed price', but I know that's usually not the full truth. Kitna realistically negotiate kar sakte hain Ghaziabad mein? Like, 2-3% on a ₹70L flat, ya usse zyada? Also, broker ke through deal karna better hai ya direct builder se? Mera experience hai ki sometimes brokers get better prices, especially on inventory jo jaldi nikalni ho. But for an end-user, kya yeh strategy sahi hai? Is it worth the broker's cut, ya direct builder se baat karke hi better deal mil jaati hai? Share your experiences, guys. Kitna discount mila aapko?
