Builders jaise Pragati Group, they often say 'fixed price', but I know that's usually not the full truth. Kitna realistically negotiate kar sakte hain Ghaziabad mein? Like, 2-3% on a ₹70L flat, ya usse zyada? Also, broker ke through deal karna better hai ya direct builder se? Mera experience hai ki sometimes brokers get better prices, especially on inventory jo jaldi nikalni ho. But for an end-user, kya yeh strategy sahi hai?
